Whether he is photographing the powerful thoroughbreds of Kentucky as they thunder down the stretch at Churchill Downs or roaming a stark and rugged Maine coastline searching for the perfect combination of composition and light, he is at home with a camera in his hand. What started as a passionate hobby in 1980 soon blossomed into a full-time career. In 1988 Daniel had four images featured in the Kentucky Derby Museum. Thank you. I doubt they are turning yet. The leaves normally start changing there about the last of September or the beginning of October. I shot this three years ago while teaching a workshop in NH. New Hampshire is absolutely beautiful in the fall.
